When you can get your money back, and how.

The rule

Full refund until 7 days before the event, no questions asked.
If you buy inside that last week, you have 48 hours from buying — and never later than the doors opening.
After that, transfers at face value are always free.

From the ticket itself, in My tickets. A refund returns the whole order rather than one ticket out of several.

Once a ticket has been scanned at the door it cannot be refunded here. The organizer can still help.

Everyone is refunded without asking, whenever it happens, and the window above does not apply.

There is nothing to refund. Cancel your place from My tickets so somebody else can take it.
