nshira has not launched, and this document has to be written and checked by a lawyer before it means anything. We would rather show you an empty page than text that looks binding and is not. It will be published, with a date, before anyone is asked to agree to it.

- What nshira is, and what it is not — we sell tickets on behalf of a community, we do not run the event.
- What you agree to when you buy or claim a ticket, and when a ticket can be invalidated.
- What a community agrees to when it claims its page and lists an event.
- Payments, fees and payouts, and who is responsible when an event is cancelled.
- Suspension and removal, and how a community appeals one.
- The limits of our liability, and which law governs the agreement.
